Clean Zen is developed by iGed Labs. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data remains secure. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS storage cleaning application.

All data processing happens exclusively on your device. When Clean Zen analyzes your photos, videos, and storage, everything is processed locally on your iPhone or iPad. We believe in keeping your personal data exactly where it belongs — with you.

• No Internet Required for Core Cleaning Features: Clean Zen's core cleaning features work locally on your device. Your photos, videos, and files do not need to leave your device for analysis.
• No Web Servers for Personal Media: We do not store your photos, videos, or personal files on our servers or on third-party servers.
• No Third-Party Sharing of Personal Media: We do not send your photos, videos, or personal files to third parties, advertisers, or analytics services.
• No Cloud Storage: Your photos and personal files are never uploaded to cloud services through our app.

Clean Zen uses on-device algorithms to analyze your photo library and storage. Duplicate detection, similarity analysis, video compression, sensitive content detection, and storage optimization are performed using your device's processing power.

This approach helps protect your privacy while delivering powerful cleaning and storage management features.

You have complete control over your data.

Clean Zen only accesses the photos, videos, and files you grant permission to. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings app.

When you delete photos or videos through Clean Zen, they may be moved to your device's Recently Deleted folder, giving you a final opportunity to recover them before permanent deletion.

Clean Zen may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including unlimited cleaning tools, video compression, sensitive content detection, and other advanced functionality.

Subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Clean Zen does not collect, process, or store your payment card details, billing information, or Apple ID credentials.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

If a free trial is offered, the subscription will begin after the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. Clean Zen does not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.
